Full Moon Sadhana

The full moon has long been regarded as an auspicious time for spiritual practice. The fullness and luminosity of the moon can be seen as a reflection of the luminosity of the spirit — reminding us of the light, strength and positivity that exist within.

On Friday 28 August, we will come together as sangha to connect with the powerful energy of the Shravana full moon through a special evening of mantra chanting from the Ramayana, havan, stories, kirtan and meditation, led by Swami Prembhava and senior sannyasins of the Bihar Yoga tradition.
