Yoga and Happiness
Happiness is our natural state.
Join us, Swami Prembhava and Swami Vijayshakti for a weekly online sadhana exploring happiness as our true nature.
This 6-week, 60 minute sadhana provides a dedicated time each week for practice and reflection.
Through swadhyaya, mantra, kirtan and meditation, we will observe how our thoughts, reactions, habits and daily lifestyle influence our experience of happiness, and how a Yoga can bring greater balance and positive connection.

What to Bring: Open heart and mind, pen and paper, mantras and a comfortable seat for meditation.
Mantra PDF for the sadhana will be provided after registration.
